What are the requirements to exhibit at the Anglia Business Exhibition?
To book a stand at the Anglia Business Exhibition, you must:
- Have public liability insurance of at least £5million
- Have agreed to our Terms and Conditions
- Provide your Public Liability Insurance Number
- Have your payment card or PayPal details ready to pay when booking
- If paying by invoice, the payment must be made within 14 calendar days of booking and at least 14 calendar days prior to the event, whichever is sooner (stands will be automatically released if payment is not received)
- Complete and return a risk assessment at least 1 month before the event and bring a copy with you when setting up your stand
If payment is not received, insurance policy numbers are not provided or risk assessment forms are not returned within the stated timeframes, you will NOT be allowed to exhibit
