What is a space?
We mark out a space on the floor according to the size you have booked.
No back boards are provided.
Some are against a wall/window, others will back onto another stand space, so ideally need you to bring along pop-up banners or similar to help define your stand.
All stands are supplied with the offer of a table, tablecloth (£10 returnable deposit), free standard wifi access (for email access).
For spaces a 3-amp supply can be booked at an additional cost of £25 per socket by logging into your online booking - must be reserved 1 month before the event.
Electrical items used at the event must show an up-to-date PA-tested sticker.
You may book more than one stand.
It is very important that you ensure the entire stand, including all promotional materials and banners, will fit within the space you have available. We are not able to make any extra space allocations on the day. Please ensure you test this well in advance of the event with everything you plan to have on your stand!
